President Boakai’s Assets To Be Published

In a significant development, Presidential Press Secretary Kula Fofana announced today that the assets of His Excellency Joseph Nyuma Boakai will be publicly disclosed. Fofana emphasized the president’s commitment to transparency and integrity at a press briefing.

“And finally, finally, I like to let all of you know in this public manner that at the conclusion of this press briefing, we are going to be publishing the assets of His Excellency Joseph Nyuma Boakai”, Fofana said.  “So the publication will be done as the conclusion of this.”

The long-awaited publication is set to occur immediately after the conclusion of this briefing of June 21, 2024. President Boakai himself has authorized the release, underscoring his unwavering dedication to combating corruption and ensuring accountability.

Fofana assured the Liberian people that the disclosure would stem that the president doesn’t intend to defraud the Liberian people of anything. “And obviously, his interest is not to acquire anything out of the ordinary.”

Instead, the publication aims to showcase President Boakai’s legacy and commitment to a better Liberia. As the nation eagerly awaits this unprecedented move, citizens can expect a transparent account of the former Vice President’s assets.
